A career that started in his native island of Trinidad & Tobago working in one of the top performing Studios that consistently delivered ground breaking hits; Precision Productions.
An assistant engineer to head producer/engineer Kasey Phillips, Ashwin trained for 3 years where he was involved in some of the major records from the Islands annual Carnival. He has worked with artists such as Machel Montano, Bunji Garlin, Charly Black, Konshens, Destra Garcia, Kes the Band, Voice, Busy Signal, T.O.K & Trinidad James. to name a few.

Ashwin’s work is best described as a hybrid of music from the Caribbean mixed with accents of commercial/mainstream elements.
